3-Days Training for the second batch on "Peaceful and Safer Campuses"


The 3-Days Training for the second batch on "Peaceful and Safer Campuses" was held by the Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab in collaboration with Media Training and Research Center (MTRC) and Inter University Consortium for promotion of Social Sciences (IUCPSS). The session focused around the topic of Peaceful and Safer Campuses. Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique commenced the session by introducing the objectives. The focal person of the training program, Prof. Dr. Altaf Ullah Khan, Dean faculty of Humanities, FC College highlighted the importance of maintaining harmony and tranquility in the educational institutes. It was an interactive session where faculty members shared their personal experiences and insinuated ways to promote leadership skills and tolerance among students. Moreover, the role that a secure environment plays on mental health was also discussed. More than 20 faculty members attended the first phase of The 3-Days Training Program which will be continued till 14th July, 2021.
