The need for Psychological First Aid is increasing during pandemic as its' awareness is paramount in enhancing the mental and emotional recovery of human beings from traumatic experiences like pandemic. Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique; Professor/ Director, Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab delivered a lecture to the faculty and students of Bahria University explaining the principles, components of psychological first aid and their implications in different settings.
